1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 T. chili powder or more
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans (undrained)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion in large saucepan, stirring until beef loses color. Drain off excess fat. Add chili powder, salt, water, soup, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tomatoes are done. Stir. Add beans and cover. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes more- stirring occasionally.
