1 package quick rise yeast
3/4 cup bread flour
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups warm water (80)
2 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Divide in half. Grease and sprinkled with cornmeal a 12 inch round pizza pan; press half the dough onto pan. Pre-bake crust for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 until edge of crust begins to turn golden brown. Add desired topping and bake another 15 minutes at 400.
Suggested toppings: thinly slice provolone cheese, minced garlic, pizza sauce, browned Italian sausage, sliced black olives, sliced mushrooms, chopped green peppers, slice pepperoni, shredded mozzarella.
One our favorite is Canadian bacon, sauerkraut, caraway seeds & mozzarella cheese.
