2 ripe avocados
2 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 jalapeņo, seeded and diced
12 cilantro sprigs, chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Remove avocado pits and mash pulp in a mixing bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients and season to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
