1/2 c. peanut butter 3 med. bananas, mashed 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 3/4 c. sifted flour 2 TB. oil 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Beat together 1st 4 until light and fluffy. Add bananas. Sift together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, 1/3 cup at a time, until just combined. Bake in medium, greased loaf pan, whose bottom has been lined with greased waxed paper, at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Store overnight before serving.
