1 cup of ham, cubed
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. minced apple (peeled)
chopped tomato
1 can buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375, grease cookie sheet and spread 1/2 of the biscuits on it. Mix ham, apple, cheese and put some on each biscuit. Cover with another biscuit and seal edges. Brush with beaten egg and water. Bake for 13-18 minutes. Garnish with tomato if you like.
