Ingredients:  
1 carton shortening
1 carton granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 cartons flour
tsp. Salt
1Tbsp. Baking powder
1 carton natural yogurt
flavoring to taste (lemon, vanilla, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening with sugar; beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients together; add to batter alternately with yogurt, mixing well. Stir in flavoring. Bake in greased loaf pan for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve plain, topped with fruit or split and filled. Oven 350 F
