10 oz. frozen puff pastry
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley
1 C. grated swiss cheese
1/4 lb. diced ham
3 eggs
1 t. Maggi
1 t. accent
1 t. garlic salt
a few drops of Tabasco
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Roll one of the pastry sheets thin and place in bottom of a 9" pie pan.
Sprinkle 2 T. Parmesan cheese over bottom of pastry
Layer: 1/4 C. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 C. Grated Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. Diced Ham
1/2 C. Swiss cheese
1/4 C. fresh chopped parsley
Make custard and pour over meat and cheese:
3 eggs
1 teaspoon each-Maggi, Accent, and Garlic Salt
a few drops Tabasco
2 T. Milk

Roll remaining pastry sheet thing and cover dish. Seal edges and flute as you would a two-crusted pie. Make several 1/2 inch slashes in top with a knife. Brush top with a little egg mixture before baking for a golden brown color.

Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
