1 1;2 lb. small red potatoes quartered
2 Tbsp. minced rosemary
1 Tbsp. stone-ground Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook potatoes in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
Drain well
Mix rosemary, mustard and oil in a bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Sprinkle in bread crumbs salt and pepper.
Put potatoes in a pan or baking dish treated with nonstick spray and put in a preheated 400šoven for 30 minutes. Stir gently and bake another10-15 minutes until most surfaces are golden brown.
