3 sq (3 oz) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt (less then 1/8 tsp)
4 c. C & H powered sugar

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add potatoes, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. When all mixed, turn out on board and kneed until smooth. Press into 8 in sq pan. Chill
