Non stick cooking spray
1 slightly beaten egg white
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup apples, finely chopped
3 Tbs quick-cooking oats
2 Tbs snipped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of ground red pepper
1/2 lb. lean ground turkey breast

Directions:

Spray a cold 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine egg white, onion, apples, oats, parsley, salt, sage, nutmeg, pepper and ground red pepper. Stir together until well mixed. Add the ground turkey and mix well. Shape the mixture into eight patties each 2 inches wide. Preheat the prepared skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
