3oz. Buttersweet chocolate broken into pieces
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup coster sugar
cup flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300F. Butter the tray and melt chocolate with the butter in a pan over low heat. Smooth the mixture with spatula. Stir in sugar, vanilla, flour and cocoa. Beat the eggs and egg yolks with a fork and add the eggs to the pan mixing rapidly. Stir for 2 minutes over very low heat until smooth and flexible. Fill the molds half full with the mixture. Bake 12-15 minutes. Unmold and let cool on a rack. Serve warm.
