3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
6-9 slices of bread, quartered
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Place bread on bottom of dish. Layer cheese, mushrooms, onions and meat. Combine eggs, milk and salt using mixer or blender and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until center is set.
