2 -10 oz. pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1-1b. Velveeta cheese
4 T. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 cups low fat milk
8 oz. fine egg noodles
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until clear, add broth. Boil and add noodles and salt. Cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 3-5 minutes until broccoli separates. Add milk, cheese and pepper. Stir constantly until cheese melts.
