1 boneless leg of lamb, cubed
2 T salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, diced
2 T oil





Directions:
Directions:
Marinate cubed lamb overnight in all of the spices. An hour before cooking add oil and mix. Grill 5 minutes on each side over high heat.

A variation after the spices are added, add 1/4 c tomato juice.
