1 15 oz box of raisin bran cereal
5 cups flour
5 cups sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt

4 eggs beaten
1 cup oil
1 quart buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mis all dry ingredients in a BIG bowl. Add the mixed wet ingredients. Mix all together.

Put into a number of separate containers. and keep in refrigerator. Batter will keep for up to 5 weeks.

Bake at 350 20-25 minutes or 400 for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes a LOT of batter, but then you can keep it in the refrig for weeks, cooking one or two - or any number - of muffins at time.
