1 c coarsely grated Swiss cheese
1pkg 6 oz frozen snow crabmeat, thawed
1 frozen 9-inch deep dish pie shell
4 large eggs
2 c light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
few grains of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and crabmeat in bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cream, salt and pepper. Pour eggs mixture into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Add a grind of nutmeg to the cream mixture. You can substitute canned crabmeat for the frozen.
