sliced mushrooms (any variety)
butter
garlic salt
Dijon mustard
Worcestershire sauce
parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Push mushrooms aside and add about 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and saute one minute. Add parsley, if desired. Serve as side dish or over steak.
