1/3 c bread crumbs 1 c milk 1 1/2 tsp. margarine 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c grated carrot 1 egg 1 medium onion, minced 1 T chili sauce 1 tsp. salt pepper 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. curry 1 tsp. anchovy paste prepared mustard
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Saute onion and celery. Combine all ingredients except mustard ; blend. Shape until a smooth loaf in a greased shallow baking dish. Spread a thin coat of mustard on top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
