2 egg whites 2/3 c. white sugar 1 t. vanilla 1 c. or more chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat until very very stiff. Add vanilla and chocolate. Drop by teaspoon fulls onto a cookie sheet. Place in 375º oven and turn oven OFF immediately. Leave cookies in the oven until dry (4-6 hrs. or overnight).
