Ingredients:  
1 lb. venison or ground beef
2/3 c. ketchup or bbq sauce
1 T. mustard
2 c. minute rice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add 1 3/4 c. water, ketchup and mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 mins. Serve hot!
