2 (1 1/2 lb size) broiler-fryers
2 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
salt
pepper
6 bacon slices
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Grand Marnier

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Wash chickens inside and out and pat dry. Bring skin over neck opening and fasten to back with poultry pins. Tie legs together at the ends with twine. Bend wing tips under body. Place breast side up in a shallow roasting pan.
3. Brush each with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 3 bacon slices over each chicken.
4. Roast, uncovered, 60 minutes, or until fleshy part of drumstick feels soft.
5. Brush 2 tablespoons honey over each chicken; roast 10 minutes longer. Remove poultry pins and twine. Place chickens on a heated serving platter.
6. In a small saucepan, heat Grand Marnier just until bubbles appear around edge of pan; ignite with a match and pour flaming liquid over chickens. Makes 4 serving
