Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can evaporated milk
4 slices onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Fill 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish half-full of potatoes, then place 2 slices of onion on top of potatoes. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. flour. Repeat the potatoes, onion, salt & pepper and flour. Pour the canned milk over the top and dab 4 tsp. butter in 4 different places. Cover. Bake in oven 375F for 1 1/2 hour or until potatoes are tender.
