2 c. cooked meat
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. black beans, drained
1 c. salsa
1 c. Mexican cheese
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat first 6 ingredients. To heat tortillas in microwave: wet two paper towels, place two tortillas between paper towels, microwave 30 minutes. Place meat mixture on warm tortillas, cover with second tortilla.

I use 1 lb. meat, 1 can beans, etc., then what isn't needed, freeze for another time.
