1 c. sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Roll into small balls, flatten slightly, and bake 7-10 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan, or they'll fall apart.

This is the easiest recipe I've ever made, and the cookies are DELICIOUS. I make them for my friends who have Celiac's Disease, although they usually get eaten by whomever gets to the kitchen first.
