1/2 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs (store bought);
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese;
1/2 tsp dried basil;
1/2 tsp dried thyme;
1/4 tsp salt;
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves;
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-lock bag; seal bag, and shake well.

Dip chicken in butter. Add 1 piece of chicken at a time to the breadcrumb mixture; seal bag, and shake until well coated. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until done.

I generally make extra bread crumb mixture and store it in the freezer for future use (just like mom did with the chicken cordon bleu mixture).

Can use chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts and serve over alfredo. Very yummy!
