3 lbs ground meat (turkey,venison, beef or any combination)
2 envelopes beefy onion soup
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
Minced garlic, to taste
1 to 1 1/2 cups instant potatoes (in place of bread crumbs)
1 cup ketchup
3 eggs
1/3 red bell pepper diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients
Form into one large loaf or two loaves, one to freeze for later
Place in a 13x9 pan
Also, be creative; add other shredded vegetables
Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink in middle
