1 stick butter 4-6 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c chopped parsley pinch salt loaf of French or Italian bread
Soften butter and combine with all ingredients except bread. Mix well. Slice bread almost through in 1" slices. Spread bread with the butter mixture. Reassemble bread to make a loaf. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
