Crust:
1 stick oleo, softened
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

2nd Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar

3rd Layer:
2 small instant pudding, 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk with each pudding

Crust:
Combine ingredients into dough and press into 8"x8" pan. Cook for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

2nd Layer:
Beat until fluffy and spread evenly over cooled crust.

3rd Layer:
Make pudding and layer by flavor onto top of cake. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with pecans and grated chocolate.
