1 large frying chicken
salt & pepper
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. canned broken mushroom pieces & liquid
1/2 c. water
1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up fryer and season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a baking dish. Cover pan with foil, and bake at 350 until tender. Remove foil, drain gravy into a pan. Return chicken to the oven for a few minutes. Thicken gravy by adding a little corn starch dissolved in water.
