1 large avocado, very ripe
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vege-sal (available in health food stores)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbs finely crushed dill
2 to 3 Tbs water

Directions:
Directions:
Mash avocado in a medium bowl with fork. Pour lemon juice over and mix well. Blend in yogurt, mayo, vege-sal, pepper and dill. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dressing is of desired consistency. Keeps 8 to 10 days refrigerated.
