1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbs cider vinegar
2 Tbs diced pimento
1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake until blended. Serve over salad greens. Yield about 1 cup.
