1/2 cup strawberries 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbs vinegar 3/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar dash of garlic powder 2 Tbs finely chopped walnuts
In the container of an electric blender, place everything except walnuts. Blend at high speed until pureed, about 10 seconds, stopping the blender and scraping down the sides of the container if needed. Pour into a small bowl; stir in walnuts. Serve over fruit salad. Yields about 1 cup.
