2 T Butter
1 Onion
1/2 lb Precooked Crumbled Bacon
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 C Grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
1/2 t Salt
3/4 lb Linguine
1 C Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, heat the butter over moderate heat. Add the onion and garlic cook until onions are clear. Add Bacon and Cream, cook until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the linguine until just done, about 12 minutes. Drain the pasta, add it to the cream mixture, and toss quickly. Optional- add t parsley and toss just until mixed. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan
