Salad fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, carrots, or any other raw vegetable in season)
--ham
--Genoa salami
--pepperoni
--cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone, Muenster)
--Italian seasoning
1c vegetable oil
1/4c wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice
2 T sugar
1-2 large garlic cloves, crushed
scallions
salt & pepper

Directions:
--Prepare salad as usual.
--Take all the goodies and dice them. You may add as much or little according to your taste.
--Prepare the dressing ahead of time and add at the last minute--Toss and enjoy!
