3 c. boiling water 2 boxes vanilla tapioca pudding 1 box orange jello 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip 1 can mandarin oranges (drained) 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
In medium sauce pan bring water to a boil. Add dry pudding and jello. Continue cooking carefully until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat: cool. Add cool whip to mixture. Fold in oranges and pineapple. Refrigerate until set.
