Bottom:
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 stick butter melted

Topping
1-8oz. cream cheese softened
3 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 4 bottom ingredients together. Dough will be very stiff. Press down into a 9X13" pan. Mix the topping ingredients well and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can be frozen.
