3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/3 c. butter

Topping:
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients until smooth. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix all topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
