1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant pudding
3 c. milk
Large container Cool Whip, thawed
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and chopped nuts together and press into 9X13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour. Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Blend in the 9 oz. Cool Whip and spread over crust. Mix the 2 boxes of pudding with milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese filling and let stand for 1/2 hour. Spread large Cool Whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Overnight is best.
