1 T. Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 lb. Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Cleaned
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Peppers
1 tsp Grated Orange Peel
Juice From 1 Large Orange
Mixed Baby Greens, Hot Rice or Pasta (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, cook and stir for 30 seconds. Immediately add shrimp cook and still for 3 minutes. Add oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, orange peel and orange juice. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Serve over mixed greens, rice or pasta.
