2 lb. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion or 1/3 c. chopped fresh
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
1/4 c. melted butter
2c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients (except topping) together. Pour into well buttered 9X13" baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes.
