6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 chopped onion
1 stick butter
1-8oz. carton sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
To potatoes, bouillon, and onion add enough water to cover and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Can be thinned with milk if needed.
