8 Pack of Tortillas
Salsa- Medium Hotness
2 1/2 C. Shredded Chicken
3/4 C. Long Grain White Rice
1-1 oz. Package of Taco Seasoning
1 3/4 C. Water
1-8 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
1/3 C. Green Onion, Chopped
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add chicken, rice, seasoning, water and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add chopped green onions to combine evenly. Place 1/2 cup of filling in each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
