1 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
sweetener equal 1/2 tsp sugar
generous amount pepper
salt to taste
greens

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except greens until very hot. Pour over greens and toss.

For greens, use garden lettuce, spinach, romaine, chicory and or celery leaves.
