rockfish
linguine or fettuccine
1 envelope Knorr Parma Rosa sauce mix
sun dried tomatoes
marsala

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Parma Rosa sauce according to package directions but using part half and half or light cream for part of the milk. Add snipped sun dried tomatoes, about 1/2 cup. Simmer for five minutes. Stir in 2-3 tbsp marsala. Meanwhile saute the rockfish in butter and olive oil. Cook the pasta.
To serve, put the pasta on plates. Spoon a little sauce over the pasta. Top with rockfish. Pour remaining sauce over the rockfish and serve.
