4 oz pumpkin
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c evaporated milk
sweetener to taste
dash of salt
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Put in small oven proof bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 30 min or until set.
