1 lb hamburger
1 16oz. can of kidney beans
1 head of lettuce
2 c. of shredded cheese (Mexican or fiesta blend)
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
8 oz. of French dressing
1 bag of nacho cheese Doritos
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
sour cream if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger in skillet and drain. Add taco seasoning, beans and dressing. Fill the bean can with 1/2 full of water and add to skillet mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

2. Crush bag of chips and toss into a bowl with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.

3. Combine meat mixture with lettuce mixture and mix well.

4. Add salsa and sour cream as desired.
