Ingredients: 1- 2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder roast 1- 14 ounce bottle BBQ sauce 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 medium onion, chopped 8 hamburger buns or hard rolls

Directions: |
Directions:1. Place the pork roast in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours or HIGH for 5-6 hours.
2. Remove the pork roast from the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Discard any liquid left in the slow cooker. Return to shredded pork to the stoneware and add BBQ sauce, lemon juice; brown sugar, and onion. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or on LOW for 2 hours.
3. Serve the pork on hamburger buns or hard rolls. |
