Red Layer:
1 pkg (3oz) raspberry gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen raspberries
1 Tbs lemon juice

White Layer:
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1 9" baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Red Layer:
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and lemon juice. Stir until berries thaw. Chill until partially set

White Layer:
Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in a small amount of whipped cream, then fold in the remainder.

Spread half on the white mixture over the bottom of the pastry shell. cover with half of the red mixture and repeat layers. Chill until set. Serve with additional whipped cream if desired.
