4 Perdue Individual wrapped frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 pkg (16oz) frozen broccoli florets
1 pkg (6 1/2 oz) French garlic and herb cream cheese (such as Alouette or Boursin)
1/3 cup low-fat milk
4-5 thin-sliced low fat ham slices
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch square baking dish. Place frozen chicken in baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and arrange broccoli over top.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese and milk; cook until smooth and creamy, stirring frequently.
Pour half the cream cheese mixture over the broccoli; arrange ham slices evenly over he top. Pour on remaining cheese mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
