2 avocados
1 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled, and de-veined
4 Tablespoons celery, chopped fine
6 pickled onions
4 large olives, minced
4 teaspoons steak sauce or fish sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove avocado pulp, and mix with diced shrimp, onions, celery, olives, and sauce. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Serve in mounds on lettuce cups.
